  •  Scheduled Maintenance – Client Zone 

    Dear traders, Please note that we will be performing scheduled maintenance of the client zone backend during this weekend (Saturday – Sunday).

    During this time, you may experience:

    - temporary outages of the client zone,
    - limited access to some features and services,
    - brief unavailability of account-related data.

  • This maintenance is aimed at improving stability and overall platform performance. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • 18:40 PM UTC: We have planned a server restart and platform update at 18:40 UTC. The expected downtime is 20-40 minutes, but it may take longer in case of unexpected issues.
    If you encounter any issues with logging in or similar, it usually suffices to clear the cache (using the button near the login) or follow these instructions.

📢 Scheduled Hardware Upgrade – Sunday, April 13th. Please note that a planned hardware upgrade will take place on Sunday, April 13th, from 19:00 to 20:50 UTC, just before market open. During this time, the RF-Trader platform will be temporarily unavailable, and login access will be imposible.

We have changed the leverage sizes for RCF accounts. You can find the individual leverages in the terms of each program, in the symbols, and in the price lists:

GOLD program: Maximum DD from 5% changes to 6%, daily DD from 3% changes to 4%, refund from 0% changes to 100% with the first payout, and profit split from… Zobrazit celé

GOLD program: Maximum DD from 5% changes to 6%, daily DD from 3% changes to 4%, refund from 0% changes to 100% with the first payout, and profit split from 60-75% changes to 75-90%.

SILVER program: Daily DD from 4% changes to 5% and profit split from 70-85% changes to 75-90%.
