I Don’t Risk More Than What is Acceptable or Give Up After Failure – Interview with Funded Trader, Blahoslav

Interview with funded forex trader

In this brief interview, funded trader, Blahoslav. M reveals his complete roadmap to his trading growth and success.

Let’s hear from him:

How did you come across RebelsFunding, and what were your beginnings like?

I came across RebelsFunding through an ad on the internet. Setting up an account was simple, very easy. At the beginning of every challenge, I always feel overly motivated. But after a few mistakes, I always manage to switch into “no stress” mode and keep a cool head.

Do you stick to one trading strategy, or do you adjust it over time?

The core of my strategy hasn’t changed in years. I base it on price action, market structure, order flow, and elements of the SMC (Smart Money Concepts) strategy. Fundamental, Sentiment analysis, and correlations also play an important role.

My entries are clearly defined by my own rules, but of course, the strategy is slightly adjusted over time according to market developments. Flexibility is key, but the core remains solid.

What instruments do you trade most often?

I trade gold most of the time. But I am not tied to a specific market. I watch metals, commodities, indices, and forex. It all depends on where the market structure is most readable at that moment. If a market suits me, it temporarily becomes my favourite.

How do you evaluate your experience with RebelsFunding?

I’m very satisfied with RebelsFunding. Customer support is fast, helpful, and highly professional. The user dashboard is clear and functional, payouts are processed without unnecessary delays and according to the rules.

The platform works reliably. My only minor criticism would be the integrated charts, compared to the original TradingView chart. They have some limitations.

So I do my analysis on TradingView and execute entries on RF. It is not a major issue though, but there is definitely room for improvement.

What do you consider the key to success in trading?

There’s more than one thing. Even though trading is simple at its core, the path to profitability can be challenging. The key is not to give up after failures. Find an experienced mentor, stay patient and disciplined.

Over time, traits like humility and modesty come into play, and those are valuable in everyday life as well. It might sound cliché, but anyone who has gone through it will agree.

What is your approach to risk and Stop Loss?

Stop-Loss is absolutely essential. It always depends on specific risk management (whether it is part of my own strategy or the rules of the prop firm). No one should risk more than what is acceptable.

Do you think you have enough knowledge in this field, or do you still see room for growth?

I feel I have enough knowledge to talk about trading for hours. But I definitely wouldn’t say I know everything. I have a deep respect for trading and constantly educate myself in my free time, watching videos, reading expert articles. There’s always room to grow.

What are your future plans?

I keep my feet firmly on the ground. Full-time trading is a tempting idea, but for now, I take it with a grain of caution.

My goal is to grow with the prop firm; from smaller accounts to bigger ones. To maintain consistent results, and to keep improving. Only when a professional trader tells me I’m on their level, will I consider it a real accomplishment.
