Coach Rebel Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Discord application and bot known as Coach Rebel (the "App").

The App is operated by RIFM, s.r.o., with its registered office at Landererova 8, Bratislava - Staré Mesto 811 09, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 48 116 700, registered in the Commercial Register, Section Sro, Insert No. 166242/B ("RIFM", "we", "us" or "our").

These Terms apply specifically to Coach Rebel. Purchases, training programmes, the RF Client Zone, RF-Trader and other RebelsFunding services remain governed by the applicable RebelsFunding General Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By installing, authorising, accessing, using or interacting with the App, including through commands, messages, buttons, forms, polls, quizzes, role requests or other features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must also comply with the rules of the relevant Discord server, the Discord Terms of Service, the Discord Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws.

If you install or authorise the App for a Discord server, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that you will grant only the permissions reasonably required for the selected features.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by Discord and by the laws applicable in your country. If you are not legally able to accept these Terms yourself, you may use the App only with the permission of your parent or legal guardian.

Access to paid RebelsFunding services, training programmes, trading accounts and contractual cooperation is restricted to persons who meet the eligibility requirements stated in the RebelsFunding General Terms and Conditions, including the applicable minimum age requirement. Access to the App does not make you eligible for any other RebelsFunding service.

3. Purpose and functions of the App

Coach Rebel may provide functions such as:

community onboarding, welcome messages and role management;
general information about RebelsFunding, RF-Trader, programmes, rules, education and community activities;
automated or AI-assisted educational and support replies;
polls, quizzes, games, price prediction activities and community challenges;
server status, competition, news and informational updates;
anti-spam, anti-raid, security, moderation and administrative tools; and
other Discord server features introduced or approved by us.

Individual functions may be available only on selected servers, channels or roles and may depend on the settings chosen by server administrators. The App does not give any user a guaranteed right to a specific feature, response, role, reward or level of access.

4. Automated and AI-assisted responses

Some Coach Rebel responses are generated or assisted by automated systems and artificial intelligence. To understand a question, the App may process the current message and limited recent conversation context from a channel in which Coach Rebel is active.

Automated responses may be incomplete, delayed, outdated or incorrect. They are provided for general community, informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional or official support.

Coach Rebel does not provide:

investment, financial, trading, legal or tax advice;
trade signals, instructions to buy or sell, or guaranteed market predictions;
guarantees of profit, payout, account approval, KYC approval, refund or contractual cooperation; or
binding decisions concerning a specific RebelsFunding account, payment, payout, rule violation, suspension, refund or customer dispute.

The App does not execute trades, hold user funds or control a user's external financial account. For official or account-specific matters, information communicated through the RF Client Zone, the user's registered email, the official RebelsFunding website or authorised human support takes precedence over an automated App response.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment card details, crypto wallet seed phrases, private keys, API keys, identity documents or other sensitive information through the App. Where an official App form expressly requests limited information, such as your RebelsFunding email for a role review, provide only the information requested.

5. Polls, quizzes, games and price prediction activities

Community polls, quizzes, games, price prediction activities and similar features are intended for education, engagement and entertainment. Unless separate published rules expressly state otherwise, participation is free and does not require a wager, stake, deposit or purchase.

Price predictions are community guesses only. They are not trading signals, investment recommendations or promises of future market performance. The App does not place trades based on a prediction.

We may correct, cancel or repeat an activity where there is a technical error, manipulation, abuse, invalid entry or other reasonable operational concern. Any prize or reward, where separately offered, is governed by the specific published rules for that activity and is not guaranteed merely by participating.

6. Roles, verification and moderation

The App may assign, remove or help administer Discord roles. Some role requests may be reviewed by authorised RebelsFunding team members and may require limited information submitted through an official App form.

A Discord role is a community or access-management feature only. It does not prove identity, create a contract, confirm customer status, guarantee access to a RebelsFunding account or create an entitlement to any payment, payout, reward or service.

To protect the community, the App or authorised moderators may issue warnings, remove content, restrict features, apply a timeout, remove roles, kick or ban users, or take other reasonable moderation action. Some actions may be automated and may later be reviewed or corrected by a human moderator. You may contact us if you believe a material moderation action was applied in error.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use or attempt to use the App to:

break the law, Discord rules, server rules or the rights of another person;
harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate or mislead another person;
send spam, malicious code, phishing content, harmful links or unlawful material;
obtain or expose tokens, credentials, private prompts, confidential data or security information;
bypass permissions, moderation, rate limits, access controls or technical restrictions;
scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer or interfere with the App or its infrastructure, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
manipulate polls, quizzes, predictions, rankings, roles or community activities through multiple accounts, automation or collusion;
submit personal data of another person without a lawful basis or appropriate permission; or
use App output as a guaranteed basis for a real financial, legal or trading decision.

8. User content

You retain any rights you have in content you submit through Discord. By submitting content to the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive and royalty-free permission to access, process, reproduce and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot and moderate the App and provide the feature you requested.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to submit it. We may refuse to process or may remove content that violates these Terms, Discord rules, server rules or applicable law.

9. Privacy and third-party services

The App operates through Discord and may rely on hosting, infrastructure, security and AI technology providers. The availability and operation of those third-party services are outside our full control, and their own terms and privacy rules may also apply.

Information about the data processed by Coach Rebel, the purposes of processing, data sharing, retention and user rights is provided in the Coach Rebel Privacy Policy.

Coach Rebel is an independent application operated by RIFM. It is not owned, operated or endorsed by Discord Inc.

10. Availability and changes to the App

The App is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, a specific response time, compatibility with every server configuration, or that every error will be corrected immediately.

We may add, change, restrict, suspend or discontinue any feature where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, abuse prevention, product development or other operational reasons. We are not required to preserve temporary sessions, activity results or features indefinitely.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the App for a user or server where these Terms are violated, the App is abused, security or legal risks arise, Discord requires action, or continued access could harm users, the community, RIFM or third parties.

You may stop using the App at any time. A server administrator may remove the App from a server, subject to the administrator's authority and Discord's functionality.

12. Intellectual property

The App, its software, branding, design, official content and related intellectual property are owned by RIFM or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the App under these Terms, no ownership or licence is transferred to you.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its content are provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or specific outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RIFM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on an automated response, a market or server-status update, participation in a community activity, a Discord or third-party outage, unauthorised use of a Discord account, or content submitted by another user.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and related non-contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent Slovak courts, without depriving consumers of protection granted by mandatory laws applicable in their country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App, law, security requirements or Discord rules. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where reasonably required, we may also provide notice through the App, the relevant Discord server or another appropriate channel.

Continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the App.

16. Final provisions and contact

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, the Coach Rebel Privacy Policy, applicable Discord rules and, where relevant, the RebelsFunding General Terms and Conditions form the applicable agreement for use of the App and related RebelsFunding services. If there is a conflict concerning a paid RebelsFunding service, the specific terms governing that service take precedence for that service.
